- Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of year.

- Local pick up / Drop off. Jordana will message you. Please only use this service if you know Jordana and are close by. 

 2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

 3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your items, and the shipping method chosen. 

 5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
